I LOVE travelling! It is my passion.  Meeting new people, exploring new locations and sometimes just finding a place to rest and relax!  I enjoy working with my clients to help them plan their dream trip and make their own memories and stories to tell. Working with a travel professional who has firsthand experience in vacation planning and who understands the detail requirements, can definitely make a difference as to how well your vacation turns out – whether it be an ocean cruise, river cruise, family reunion, an all-inclusive getaway or group vacation.

I have been personally travelling for years and I have planned vacation trips for friends, family members and a private aircraft fly-in group for over 10 years.  I have also worked with a Women in Business group (about 10 years), organizing monthly events, providing opportunities, to help women succeed.

Some of the places that I have visited or trips that I have planned:

• Baltic Ocean Cruise – Castles, statutes, windmills - St. Petersburg, Berlin, Visby, Riga, Tallinn, Helsinki, Amsterdam, Copenhagen (have you seen the Little Mermaid?).
• Paris, France – Watch the lights twinkling on the Eiffel Tower at night, visit Normandy and taste a chocolate croissant!
• Caribbean – Hard to pick a favorite. St. Lucia, Grenada, St. Maarten, St. Thomas, St. Croix, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Grand Cayman, Grand Turk, Belize, Cozumel, Roatan, Bahamas.
• Alaska – Whether cruising by glaciers or riding an Alaska railroad or visiting the Denali National Park, the views are breathtaking.
• Hawaii – Explore these islands of paradise. Stunning sunrises and sunsets at the sacred summit of Haleakala Volcano, beaches of Waikiki, waterfalls.
• Bar Harbor, ME – Planned a group trip. Traveled on a trolley bus through Acadia National Park, ate lobster at a local lobster pound. sailed on lighthouse cruise.
• Resort packages at Universal Studios (Retirement celebration for a friend) and Disney World. (personal trips)
• Upper Mississippi River Cruise – Relaxing on a steamboat as you sail along the lazy river with friends.
• Africa – Photographic safari (personal trip).
• Cities in my own backyard - hop-on-hop-off buses and location sites (Grand Canyon, Mount Rushmore, Mackinac Island, Nashville, Captiva Island, Kiawah Island, Chicago, New York, Washington, DC, New Orleans).

You never know what you will find on a vacation. My family and I cruised in the Lesser Antilles last year. We met relatives from one of the islands that we didn’t even know that we had. Those memories will live with you forever.

I’m a CPA and my other passion is working with small businesses to help them establish a solid accounting system foundation.  When working with my clients, the skills that I learned in auditing – analysis, organization, attention to detail – help me to cover all the aspects of planning a trip.
